Autumn Edit
I’m ready for you Autumn! Are you? Not that I relish colder, shorter days but I do LOVE season change.
With it comes new beginnings AND different clothes of course! Don’t get me wrong, I am DEFINITELY more ‘summer’ than ‘winter’ but I can’t wait for the layers of oversized jumpers and coats. Some of which I bought last year and, thanks to Covid, they didn’t get a look in. I’ve got some great pieces winking at me from my wardrobe and I can’t wait to bust them out. Have you found that too?
Much to my husbands disappointment, this hasn’t stopped me browsing for my ‘this seasons must haves’. Whilst I certainly buy less, as I tend to stay away from the fast fashion brands, I usually start the season with eyeing up a few, sustainable, key pieces that will update my wardrobe for years to come.
I feel we have the simple things in life to look forward to again. Going out for a drink with friends, meetings in person, commuting to work, dinner parties, watching our children play sport, shopping in real life and maybe, just maybe travelling!
With so much on the horizon let’s get excited and ready for all occasions!
